Tasha is a principal with Baker Tilly’s CFO advisory services practice and has more than 20 years of professional experience. She has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting providing accounting and assurance services and transaction advisory services to companies in a variety of industries including healthcare (for-profit and not-for-profit), not-for-profits and financial institutions (banks and credit unions, public and nonpublic). Additionally, she has over five years of experience as the CFO of a growing private defense manufacturer with domestic and international customers including preparation of the IC-DISC calculation for maximum benefit. Tasha is skilled at overseeing accounting operations including audit readiness, financial statement analysis and preparation, interfacing and cultivating relationships with key management and external stakeholders, collaborating with internal departments for efficiency improvements and training and developing team members.
