Steven Siefert, financial and valuation director, has been with the firm since 2012. Steven specializes in the valuation of companies, intangible assets and liabilities for financial reporting engagements and reviews. He leads valuation engagements for Baker Tilly for ASC 805, 350, 360 718 and 820 financial reporting purposes, having lead hundreds of fair value engagements and over 1,000 reviews of external reports for audits of public and private company clients.
