Royce is a principal in the middle market advisory services practice of Baker Tilly. Royce has strong experience in CFO advisory services, including post-transaction support and integration, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and consolidation, financial statement attestation, post-acquisition accounting, cost accounting, lease standards adoption, and management augmentation. He has experience in the following industry sectors: manufacturing, transportation and logistics. As a trusted advisor, Royce focuses on developing relationships and leading through example with members of management, key stakeholders and employees at all levels. His hands-on style allows him to quickly assess and implement solutions within the organization while gaining trust and acceptance of the various stakeholders. Royce started his career at a large global defense organization with roles in the controller and financial planning groups and subsequently entered public accounting in assurance and attestation while stepping into various roles of management during his career.
