Rob Tambasco is a tax principal with Baker Tilly. Ron has more than 30 years of experience dealing with state and local tax issues including corporate income and franchise taxes, sales and use taxes, property taxes, gross receipt taxes and payroll taxes. Ron has extensive experience developing and implementing integrated tax planning solutions for corporations. He also has experience representing companies before state tax authorities and administrative boards and advising clients on state tax aspects in merger and acquisition transactions.
