Robert is a principal in Baker Tilly's tax practice. His primary disciplines include tax compliance and consulting for corporations, partnerships and individuals for federal and state purposes. He has substantial experience in the areas of partnership taxation, private equity, oil and gas, and high-net-worth individuals. Robert also consults with clients on new business entity structure, mergers and acquisitions, compensation arrangements, and business exit strategies. His specialty is oil and gas taxation, including maximizing availability of tax deductions for IDC and depletion.
