Paul is a director with Baker Tilly Digital who helps clients transform critical business processes by adopting digital ERP systems. Specializing in ERP system implementations, Paul has served clients across different industries, including consumer electronics, fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, distributed power, medical device manufacturing and yellow goods. Paul’s experience includes project management, supply chain management, sales and operations planning, and manufacturing. His understanding of all elements in a full ERP system implementation ensures clients have experienced support and clear guidance during implementation to ensure their strategic objectives are achieved. Paul works with IFS clients to provide them with the knowledge, clarity and certainty they need to achieve their operational goals. He also collaborates with clients and their new software services to deliver a quality solution and always keeps sight of the strategic goals of the business.
