Mitch is a tax director with Baker Tilly’s manufacturing and distribution team who focuses on tax transaction services. He has more than 35 years of professional experience. Before joining Baker Tilly, Mitch served as vice president of tax and insurance for a high-growth manufacturing company where he led the treasury and equity compensation functions during his tenure. He also served as director of tax and insurance for a large public company. Mitch previously gained experience with a Big Four accounting firm where he served public and private companies, entrepreneurs and high net worth families.
