Mickey Moreno is a director with Baker Tilly’s CFO advisory practice. He has more than 15 years of professional experience as a financial consultant during which he has developed extensive knowledge in chief financial officer (CFO) office operations and audit readiness/remediation. Mickey has earned respected credentials and currently is recognized as a certified public accountant (CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP). Mickey adeptly restructures complex business and financial reporting processes for clients. He manages large-scale internal audits, financial statement preparation, audit analysis/remediation and business calibration programs to control risk exposure and ensure organizational compliance with all governing regulations and standards. Mickey is also experienced in implementing administrative and process improvements that enhance departmental accuracy and efficiency, increase staff knowledge and best practices and improve productivity.
