Michael Signor is a principal with Baker Tilly’s commercial services practice. With more than 30 years of accounting experience, Michael provides valuation services for income, gift and estate taxes, buy-sell agreements, employee stock ownership plans, succession plans, the purchase or sale of ownership interests and marital dissolution.
