Michael is a principal with Baker Tilly’s state and local tax practice. He has experience assisting clients with preparing state and local income tax returns, state income tax provision reviews, developing tax planning strategies, nexus studies and taxability studies, among other various consulting projects. Additionally, Michael has worked with the state and local taxing authorities while representing clients with income and sales tax audits, as well as negotiating voluntary disclosure agreements.
