Melinda is a principal with Baker Tilly in the private wealth practice. She specializes in tax planning, consulting and compliance involving families and their closely-held businesses. Her broad experience includes helping her clients with income tax, estate, gift and trust planning as well as assisting with tax and estate issues related to their business.
