Mark Bakko is a principal with Baker Tilly’s manufacturing and distribution practice. He has more than 35 years of accounting experience, including prior experience with a Big Four firm and as chief financial officer of a publicly traded medical device manufacturing company. He serves public, closely held and private equity-owned companies by providing a range of tax advisory, compliance and planning services for both businesses and their owners.
