Levina Atmadja is a director with Baker Tilly. She started her professional career as a financial analyst in a multinational semiconductor company and became a tax professional in 2012. She has experiences in working with a wide variety of corporate clients, ranging from large multinational publicly traded companies to start-ups. She specializes in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, tax compliance, and tax consulting services. Her focus areas include federal and U.S. international tax, including GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, cash repatriation, withholding tax, foreign exchange gains and losses, stock-based compensation, tax controversy and Section 382. In addition, she has extensive experience in ASC 740 subtopics, such as intraperiod allocation, interim period reporting, valuation allowance, uncertain tax positions, permanent reinvestment assertion and business combinations.
