Her extensive experience encompasses all aspects of the mobile employee life cycle including global mobility program policy and process design, reviewing assignment letters and secondment agreements, pre-assignment planning and cost analysis, coordinating with relocation and immigration vendors, and streamlining the employee experience through clear and proactive communications.
