Kevin Secrist is a principal with Baker Tilly’s real estate advisory practice and focuses on providing real estate valuation and advisory services to investors, owners and operators of commercial real estate. He has more than 18 years of valuation and consulting experience with a focus on real estate. Kevin has performed valuations for clients relating to a wide range of matters including corporate strategic planning, fair value measurements, insurance, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, secured lending and tax matters.
