Kevin Cooper is a director of business development with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. He has worked with the U.S. federal government and federal system integrators for more than 20 years. Kevin has experience serving at the White House and Department of Defense as a federal government employee. In his role at Baker Tilly, Kevin helps federal government clients transform their human resources, finance and supply chain with the use of Oracle technology.
