Joseph Pellerite, a principal with the financial advisory services group, has been with Baker Tilly since 2015. Joe has more than 10 years of experience providing due diligence services for numerous acquisitions on behalf of buyers, including entrepreneurial management teams, venture capital/private equity funds and large multinational corporations. In addition, Joe focuses on post-acquisition integration support for certain transactions, including preparation of the opening balance sheet, establishment of accounting policies and processes, development of month-end management financial reports and implementation of cash forecasting tools. Joe has prepared short term and long term financial models for clients, both for capital raising and operational monthly/weekly cash flow forecasting. Before joining Baker Tilly, Joe provided financial due diligence and advisory services to debt and equity investors for a national CPA firm. Prior to specializing in financial management consulting and mergers and acquisitions, Joe worked on various audit and attest engagements in the information technology, software, manufacturing and distribution industries for a regional accounting firm.
