Jonathan is a principal with Baker Tilly specializing in income tax matters. He has worked extensively with various operating businesses and assisting with their exit strategy. His primary disciplines include federal and state tax compliance and consulting, including the preparation of partnership and corporate tax returns and associated calculations. Additionally, he continues to be part of the national tax training committee to ensure that there is an effective way to develop the overall tax team.
