Jennifer Curtis is a director with Baker Tilly’s public sector advisory practice. She has broad knowledge and experience leading full-service human resources departments in the public sector. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Jennifer was a consultant for local government clients and held top HR leadership positions with the cities of Pasadena, Ventura and Santa Clarita as well as the University of Florida. She has served as a strategic advisor and thought partner to executives, negotiated union contracts, led cross-functional teams, developed and implemented numerous organization wide programs that advanced strategic goals.
