Glen McElwee is a principal with Baker Tilly’s valuation practice. With a strong background in finance and economics, Glen is adept at analyzing financial statements and has a thorough understanding of valuation techniques and models. As a principal with Baker Tilly’s valuation practice, Glen applies his broad expertise to deliver a comprehensive set of valuation services including ASC 805 purchase price allocations, intangible asset valuation, embedded derivative and complex financial instrument valuations, impairment testing, IRC 409A, 93-27 and ASC 718 incentive equity valuations, gift and estate tax compliance valuations, and audit support surrounding valuation issues. Prior to joining the firm, Glen worked as a market manager with direct profit and loss responsibility for the financial and operational performance of a company whose revenues exceeded $10.5 million annually. In this leadership role, he was responsible for business growth, asset protection through risk management and control, and intensive KPI analysis.
