Franci Suter is a principal in Baker Tilly’s Plano, Texas office. Franci joined the firm in 2014 as a senior associate, specializing in employee benefit plans. Prior to joining the firm, Franci served as an audit senior at a Denver-based firm. Franci has more than 15 years of diversified accounting experience including auditing, corporate accounting and consulting. Franci has a specialized concentration in complex employee benefit plan correction methods and audit engagements including 401(k), 403(b), pension, health and welfare, and employee stock ownership plans, for both public and non-public companies. Additionally, Franci has extensive experience with the preparation of Form 5500 and other required governmental forms.
