Erich is a director with close to 25 years of management, strategy and technology consulting experience across a wide range of industries, including the mobility and transportation sector. As a business and technology leader, he works side by side with executives to solve enterprise transformation related programs. Erich specializes in corporate strategy, customer experience, supply chain and manufacturing, customer and field service-related functions, shared service design and program management. Over the last 15 years, Erich has focused his efforts on developing services, strategies, go-to-market plans and practices centered around serving our clients across the firm’s three key service lines. He has also served as a strategy leader within the firm’s supply chain, mobility and transportation, customer experience and family business practices and industries.
