As an accounting and audit principal, Don is involved in many aspects of accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory services. He advises his clients in numerous aspects of business and financial management including operational and internal control matters, mergers and acquisitions, bank financing and loan structuring, implementation of executive compensation programs, profit sharing and 401K plans. Don is co-chairperson of the firm’s manufacturing and distribution group and is an active member of the technology practice group. Bachelor in accounting Baruch College;
