Colleen Wevodau is a principal with Baker Tilly’s real estate and construction practice. She specializes in providing assurance services to companies in the real estate industry. Additionally, Colleen provides various consulting services to real estate companies including internal control evaluations, policy and procedure development and implementation and compliance evaluations. Colleen regularly participates in real estate industry conferences and activities including the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) on a national and local level.
