Christina is a director with Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors and the leader public sector arbitrage services. Christina assists governmental units and other issuers of tax-advantaged debt with post-issuance compliance matters, with a focus on compliance with tax rules concerning arbitrage rebate and yield restriction. She helps issuers navigate the complexities of the IRS Code and Regulations, identifying exceptions for which issuers qualify and, when necessary, oversees the preparation of rebate liability and yield reduction payment calculations.
