Caroline is a director with Baker Tilly’s specialty tax – federal credits and incentives practice. She specializes in identifying and maximizing research credit opportunities for companies of all types. With over 17 years of experience as a research and development (R&D) tax credit specialist, Caroline works with companies of all sizes and types to conduct R&D studies and effectively document R&D methodologies to meet the requirements of the tax authorities. Applying her extensive experience working on R&D audits, Caroline assists companies with substantiating their R&D activities both efficiently and thoroughly, leveraging off of existing record keeping practices. Caroline is part of Baker Tilly’s national specialty tax, credits and incentive services practice composed of R&D specialists from around the country.
