Brian Colton is a principal with Baker Tilly’s public sector practice. Brian's practice includes economic development working with municipalities and counties to assist them in improving local communities through the use of tax increment financing, tax abatements and other incentives. He also assists communities with capital infrastructure projects through issuance of bonds payable from property taxes, local income taxes or other revenue sources as well as assisting communities through long term financial planning. Registered Municipal Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
