Anne Lewis leads Baker Tilly’s public sector executive recruitment team and brings nearly 20 years of local management experience. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Anne served as an assistant county administrator for a Virginia county, a deputy city manager and an assistant city manager for two Virginia cities. With more than 17 years of experience in local government, including positions as an emergency management deputy director, public information officer, human resources manager, parking authority executive director, housing director, transit director and convention and visitors bureau executive director. She also has had responsibility for parks, recreation and community services, information technology, animal services, general services and legislative programs.
