Alyssa Simms is a principal with Baker Tilly’s tax practice. Her primary disciplines include international tax compliance and consulting, federal and state tax compliance for multinational and multistate corporations and partnerships, and the preparation and review of tax provision calculations and reporting (ASC 740).
