Alyssa Geracie is a tax partner in our state and local tax (SALT) group, a practice within Baker Tilly’s specialty tax team. As an accomplished professional, Alyssa has over 13 years’ experience, during which time she gained extensive specialization with multistate taxation including income, sales and use, gross receipts, franchise/excise, business, net worth and property taxes. Alyssa helps interpret complex state and local tax laws, analyze state tax blind spots and locate state tax opportunities. She is also highly trained on state and local tax aspects that arise from M&A transactions.
