Todd Noffke is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Baird Global M&A. Additionally, he serves as Co-Chair of Baird’s M&A Fairness Opinion Committee. Prior to joining Baird in 2019, Todd spent nearly 20 years at Credit Suisse where he was most recently Co-Head of its Global Services Group and a member of its Investment Banking Advisory Committee. Prior to that, he was a senior member of Credit Suisse’s M&A Group. In addition, he was Co-Head of Credit Suisse’s Chicago office for Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Todd has advised Fortune 500 companies, middle-market companies and leading private equity firms in a broad range of strategic transactions, including M&A, corporate sales and divestitures, special committee assignments, proxy contests and hostile transactions, as well as debt and equity capital raises. Todd received a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago.
