Ryan Mausehund Bio

Ryan Mausehund is a Managing Director in Baird's Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group. He leads Baird’s Life Sciences & Diagnostics coverage. Prior to joining Baird in 2009, Ryan evaluated, structured and negotiated strategic partnerships, investments and acquisitions at Abraxis Bioscience, a then-public biopharmaceutical company. Before Abraxis, Ryan spent over 10 years in the Healthcare Investment Banking Groups at Wachovia and CIBC World Markets and helped establish the West Coast Healthcare Investment Banking office for Wachovia. Ryan has completed over 200 healthcare transactions, including public and private equity and debt financings, M&A transactions and partnership assignments. Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
