Oliver Meyer is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Financial Sponsors Group (FSG), based in Frankfurt (Germany). Oliver works with senior bankers across Baird’s global platform to mainly serve private equity and family office clients in the German speaking region. Before joining Baird in 2018, Oliver was with Société Générale, where he was responsible for private equity funds as well as family offices in Germany and Austria. Simultaneously he was also heading SG's Private Investment Banking efforts. Prior to that, Oliver spent ten years at Rothschild and four years at Close Brothers Group in M&A banking roles with a clear focus on sellside situations for financial investors and families. Overall, he has conducted a great number of M&A as well as ECM transactions in multiple regions and across various size categories. Oliver received an MBA in finance from The American University in Washington, DC. Oliver engages in social activities to support people with special needs.
