Nicholas Sealy Bio

Nicholas Sealy is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Industrial Investment Banking Group based in London. Prior to joining Baird in 1996, Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Peat Marwick in South Africa. He spent 10 years at Barings in domestic and international corporate finance (North America and South Africa) and capital markets. In his career at Baird, Nick became a Director in 1998, a Managing Director in 2003 and co-head of European investment banking in 2004. He focuses on Consumer and Industrial M&A, working with North American and European clients. Over the course of his career, Nick has built extensive experience in company sales and acquisitions, public offers, bid defences and capital raisings. Nick received a master’s degree in commerce and finance from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Nick is a Chartered Accountant SA.
