Jonathan Fitzsimmons is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Industrial Investment Banking Group. Based in Milwaukee, Jon leads Baird’s Specialty Materials & Chemicals practice. Jon joined Baird as an Analyst in 2004. Since joining the firm, Jon has participated in over 100 completed M&A and corporate financing transactions representing an aggregate transaction value in excess of $25 billion. From 2006 – 2008, Jon was part of Baird’s International M&A group in London, where he completed transactions in England, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. Jon received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was a Baird Scholar.
