Jeff Seaman is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Financial Sponsors Group (FSG). During his tenure at Baird, Jeff has advised a long list of leading private equity firms and corporations on a wide variety of M&A transactions, equity capital financings and debt capital financings in the Industrial, Consumer, Technology & Services, Healthcare and Energy sectors. Prior to joining Baird in 2008, Jeff served as Senior Managing Director in the Financial Sponsor Group at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. He also spent 15 years with Lehman Brothers Inc., serving in a variety of investment banking positions, most recently as Managing Director in the Global Financial Sponsor Group. Jeff holds an MBA in finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and bachelor’s degrees in finance and political science from Southern Methodist University.
