Jeffrey Rogatz Bio

Jeffrey Rogatz is a Managing Director in Baird's Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Based in McLean, Virginia, he specializes in Office, Industrial and Healthcare-Related Real Estate. Prior to joining Baird in 2011, Jeff was President of Ridgeway Capital LLC. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Brandywine Realty Trust and, prior to that, was the Head of the REIT practice at Legg Mason Wood Walker. With over 30 years in the industry, Jeff has extensive experience including numerous initial public offerings, perpetual preferred offerings, corporate bond and convert offerings, M&A advisories, asset-level joint ventures, private placements and general financial advisory. Jeff received a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The College of William & Mary. Jeff is a Board Member of CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE), William and Mary Business School Foundation and Autism Delaware.
