Jean Stack Bio

Jean Stack is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Investment Banking Group and Co-Head of the Baird Defense & Government Investment Banking practice. Jean joined Baird in 2018 from Houlihan Lokey, where she was a founding member of their Aerospace, Defense & Government (ADG) Group. Jean has expertise advising industry-leading companies on M&A, capital raising and other key corporate strategies. She has deep experience in working with companies in a broad range of technology and service sectors, serving clients of founder-owned businesses, private equity-owned companies and U.S. and international corporate divestitures. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degrees in economics from Duke University and studied at the London School of Economics.
