Christopher Sciortino Bio

Christopher Sciortino is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Consumer Investment Banking Group. Based in Chicago, Chris leads Baird’s Multi-Unit, Restaurants & Franchising practice and works closely with the firm’s efforts in Active Lifestyles, Fitness & Mobility and Pet Care. Prior to joining Baird in 2005, Chris was based in St. Louis as a Director in the Consumer Investment Banking Group at A.G. Edwards & Sons. Earlier, he worked in the audit and corporate finance groups at KPMG. Chris has extensive experience advising corporate and private equity clients and executing M&A and public and private financing transactions. Chris has advised a number of consumer brands including those in the Restaurant, Education, Fitness, Pet, Retail and Apparel sectors. Chris received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
