Chris Carlevato Bio

Chris Carlevato is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Technology & Services Investment Banking Group, specializing in Residential Services within the Facility, Industrial, Residential and Environmental (FIRE) Services practice. Chris joined Baird in 2013 and has advised a variety of business owners (private equity, founder/family, corporate carveout) on M&A and capital markets advisory transactions. Chris’ typical profile of sector companies includes people-intensive outsourced service models (roofing, janitorial, exterior services, security, foodservice, traffic, paving, etc.) touching a wide range of end markets (commercial office, education, healthcare, retail, residential, infrastructure, etc.). Chris received his MBA, with high honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Purdue University.
