Brian Doyal is Co-Head of Baird Global Investment Banking and a member of Baird’s Executive Committee. In his role, Brian jointly oversees the firm’s global M&A and corporate finance activities in addition to serving as a senior M&A advisor on select transactions. For over 30 years, Brian has advised companies and investors in a broad range of M&A and corporate finance transactions. Prior to becoming Co-Head of Global Investment Banking, Brian was Head of the Global Technology & Services Investment Banking Group and the Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Baird. Prior to joining Baird in 2004, Brian was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Global Services Group. From 1992 - 1994, Brian worked for the Corporate Finance Group of General Electric Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for making equity investments and loans to highly leveraged companies. Brian received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Brian is active in a variety of charitable and community organizations focused on education and environmental conservation.
