Bill Suddath Bio

Bill Suddath is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Baird's Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Baird, Bill was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at JMP Securities. In addition, he previously worked on the Healthcare and Technology Investment Banking teams at JP Morgan and SunTrust Robinson-Humphrey. Bill began his investment banking career as an Associate at Hambrecht & Quist in their Healthcare Investment Banking Group. In his career, Bill has worked with a range of healthcare clients in the Healthcare IT, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Outsourcing, Pharmacy and Distribution sectors. He brings a diversity of M&A as well as private and public capital markets experience to his coverage. Bill received a bachelor’s degree in business administration, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
