Andrew Lynn is a Managing Director in Baird’s Private Capital Markets Group and leads our Debt Advisory efforts in Europe. Andrew has over 25 years of debt markets experience, both as a lender and an advisor. He joined Baird in 2024 from Alantra, where he was a Partner and responsible for expanding debt financing activities for both private equity and corporate clients. Prior to Alantra, he was a Managing Director at Stephens where he established their debt advisory practice. He also worked as a Managing Director at Hawkpoint. In all advisory roles, he has worked across a broad spectrum of deal types and debt structures and forged deep relationships with both clients and the full range of capital providers. On the lending side, which included time at HSBC and Credit Suisse, Andrew spent time on both the buyside and sellside of the market, principally focused on PE-backed buyouts. He holds an Associate Chartered Banker Diploma.
