Russell Bryan joined Bailey & Company in 2018 and serves as a Managing Director. As a senior member of the firm’s healthcare services practice, he advises clients across various healthcare sectors. With more than 25 years of investment banking experience, Russell has completed M&A and financing transactions whose aggregate value exceeds $3.5 billion. Prior to joining Bailey, Russell was a Managing Director at Brookwood Associates. He began his career in investment banking with Bank of America. He is a graduate of Duke University and received his MBA at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Russell holds his Series 7, 79, 24 and 63 securities registrations and is registered with BSC Securities, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC. Russell is a Trustee and Director of The Mary Duke Biddle Foundation in Durham, NC and lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children. His personal interests include golf and travel.
