Mike Healy is Co-Managing Partner of Bailey & Company’s Principal Investing team and co-leads the firm’s Principal Investing business. He has 25+ years of investing and transaction experience representing over $4.3 billion across a range of asset classes from late-stage buyouts to early-stage growth equity. Prior to joining Bailey & Company in 2023, Mike focused on investing in high growth healthcare companies at Healy Capital Partners and TT Capital Partners (“TTCP”). Before TTCP, Mike worked at Norwest Equity Partners, Wells Fargo & Co., and Arthur Andersen. Mike holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. Mike and his family live in Minneapolis, MN where he enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and cheering on Notre Dame football.
