Jeff Bailey co-founded Bailey & Company in 2005 to create a differentiated middle-market investment bank that achieves exemplary client outcomes through hard work and expertise. Since 2005, Bailey & Company has delivered for clients time and time again. With nearly 25 years of middle market investment banking experience, Jeff brings unmatched transaction expertise that make all the difference for our partners in the healthcare and tech-enabled services sectors. Jeff has worked on over 50 sell-side, buy-side, and financing transactions for both public and private companies over the course of his career, generating more than $3 billion in transaction value. Jeff was Instrumental in the founding and formation of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:CPIX), a specialty pharma company based in Nashville. He was previously an Investment Banker at SunTrust Equitable Securities (SunTrust Robinson Humphrey) where he worked with the debt capital market and investment banking groups. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He holds his Series 24, 62, and 63 securities registrations and is registered with BSC Securities, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC. Jeff lives in Nashville with his wife and 4 children. He is a cigar aficionado and enjoys classical music, history, and golf.
