Bio

Alex is a Vice President on Bailey & Company’s Principal Investing team and has been with the firm since 2023. His primary responsibilities include new deal sourcing, underwriting, and execution, as well as working collaboratively with management teams post-transaction to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Alex has spent the entirety of his career working with companies in the middle and lower middle markets. Prior to joining Bailey, he worked with Healy Capital Partners and TT Capital Partners, both of which are middle-market focused private investment firms, where he was tasked with new deal execution and portfolio company management activities. Prior to his investment roles, Alex worked at Lazard on sell-side middle-market M&A transactions. In his free time, Alex enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and being outdoors.
