As Regional Managing Director, Russell has a wealth of experience in managing and growing SME businesses. Having more than doubled the size of the accountancy practice over the last 4 years Russell understands the challenges and opportunities that have to be managed when growing a business, together with the importance of developing a positive culture and values that attracts and retains talent. His key role is to ensure that clients receive an outstanding service from a passionate and motivated team. Russell has been a trusted adviser to owner-managed businesses in Yorkshire for over 30 years. He specialises in delivering strategic and financial advice to clients focused on growing their businesses, improving profitability and managing succession and exit matters. Whilst always focusing on the key objectives for his clients businesses, Russell often acts as a sounding board using the knowledge he has gained working with entrepreneurs on a daily basis and his active membership of Vistage for over 10 years.
