Richard is the Regional Managing Director for the Central and West region, and has over 20 years of experience providing commercially focused tax advice to a wide range of businesses, from owner managed companies through to large international and listed entities. He heads up the tax service team within the region. Richard brings a wealth of experience which he gained working for one of the ‘Big Four ‘serving the West region and Wales marketplace and working across a wide range of sectors. He has significant experience in advising companies with an international focus, including foreign-owned UK Corporates, UK Headquartered Multinationals and UK Companies looking to expand overseas. As well as providing a robust compliance service for his clients, Richard also believes it’s important to provide proactive advisory services to ensure the clients tax position is best-aligned to their business strategy. This includes providing tax advice on acquisition strategies, integrating companies post-acquisition and ensuring the right amount of tax is paid across all aspects of the business.
