Jon, Partner and Head of M&A in the South, was previously at Merlin Entertainments, as the Global Head of M&A and led deals in his time there in Europe, APAC and the US. In addition to his time in the Travel, Leisure and Hospitality industry with Merlin, Jon also held a leadership position in the same sector at KPMG and was also in the Consumer M&A team at PwC. He has also worked on generalist deals for a good portion of his career and led a regional M&A team at BDO. His experience at Merlin was invaluable given he has ‘sat on their side of the table’ as clients having performed the role at Merlin when it operated under both FTSE 100 and PE ownership.
